- You have to live in a country on planet Earth and you must have a name. Nicknames are ok as long as it's a reasonable nickname. Loonie123, SuGaRfAiRy and the like is not what I call reasonable, so nothing like that.
- You must have a valid e-mail address.
- You don't have to have a website, but if you do it would be nice of you to put a link back to me somewhere on your site. I link you and you link me, isn't that fair? I don't care what your website is about or how the layout looks - but if I see anything illegal or offensive (homophobia, rasicm etc.) I will not list your url. I will still put you on the member list - but not your website.
